All of our fencing installations and materials here at Northland Fencing are backed by a minimum 10-year labor warranty. We take pride in the work we provide to our customers and community. This is why we’re happy to offer warranties, easy repairs, advice and more to ensure our customer’s continued happiness with their product and service. We want you to feel like family when you work with us!

We’re a family-owned business native to Minnesota. We understand what it’s like to live here and the importance of being able to buy a product and service you can trust. This is why we’re completely honest and upfront about our quotes, estimates, and during the installation process. There are no hidden fees or policies, and our warranties are just as reliable and transparent.

Our warranty’s split into two types: the labor warranty and the material warranty.

Every fence we install has a 10-year labor warranty. If your fence needs to be replaced or repaired within the first decade of owning it, you won’t have to pay a penny in labor costs. Our customer’s satisfaction is at the top of our values as a company.

We offer three types of fencing: chain link, wrought iron/ornamental, and vinyl. Both our chain-link and ornamental fences boast a 15-year material warranty. We’re so confident that our products will last that we replace them if they have any issues prior to that.

We offer a lifetime material warranty on our vinyl, as well. Our warranties cover post-heaving, gate adjustments, panel adjustments, and even accidental damage.
